About HB Balloons

Hey everyone! My name is Haley Brooke Garrison, but most people call me HB. I started decorating with balloons in 2021. I had friends and family getting married and having babies, which means lots of showers and celebrations.

 

I decided to create HB Balloons earlier this year and this business has grown since then! I love working with my clients and being a part of so many milestones! I'm very grateful for all of my customers and look forward to working with you!
